Day 6Avignon, France

A city of unparalleled beauty, Avignon boasts one of the largest and most important medieval buildings in Europe, the Papal Palace. Walk across the Pont d’Avignon bridge, discover the secrets of the past on the street of the waterwheels – Rue des Teinturiers – and lose yourself in the old city streets.

Day 7Avignon and Viviers, France

Starting the day in Avignon, you will head over to the historic town of Viviers. Discover the medieval town structures that were spared during the French Revolutions or climb to the Saint-Vincent Cathedral for some incredible views of the town.

Day 8 to 9Chavanay, Vienne and Lyon, France

On your eighth day, visit three distinct ports across France, all promising adventures and discovery around every corner. After a brief pause in the town of Chavanay, you will be able to explore the charismatic city of Vienne. A jewel for history and art lovers alike, this small town boasts an array of exciting experiences to discover before ending your day in Lyon. Day 9 is yours to spend exploring Lyon.
