Elegant Resorts is an international travel company with a vision to continue growing as a business in worldwide markets. Established in 1988 and based in Chester, England, we have offices in the Caribbean, Middle East and Indian Ocean.
Set in beautiful surroundings – near the historic city of Chester in the north west of England – we’re lucky to have a superb modern headquarters with complimentary private parking and great transport links, where our team of approximately 130 staff comprises sales, product, marketing, concierge, operations, ticketing, finance and IT.

In addition to our sales office in Dubai, Elegant Resorts employs highly professional concierge teams on Barbados, Antigua and Mauritius, available to look after our clients from the moment they arrive in resort, through to the time they leave for home.
Apart from ‘meet and greet’ services at the airport, they help with any problems in resort and can assist with arranging private transfers, restaurant bookings, excursions and car rental - not to mention share their first-hand knowledge of the local area, which means they can make personal recommendations for activities to suit the interests of our clients.
Conveniently located in the heart of cosmopolitan Dubai, our dedicated, multilingual, team of Travel Consultants and concierge staff looks after our esteemed clients in the Middle East, sharing their wealth of genuine travel knowledge and enviable connections to create unforgettable luxury holidays as only Elegant Resorts can.
Conveniently located in an office in the heart of the Platinum Coast, our dedicated team of four is based on the island year-round and is just a phone call away, available 24/7 to look after our clients staying on Barbados.
Rosalind Bersma is our long-serving Resort Manager on the gorgeous Caribbean island of Antigua. Her strong relationships with industry partners and wealth of local knowledge enable her to consistently exceed our clients’ expectations.
Born on Mauritius, Linda Ramasawmy is our long-serving Resort Manager on this beautiful Indian Ocean island. Available to assist our clients 24/7, she offers clients of Elegant Resorts a wealth of local and insider knowledge, along with warm hospitality.

We were proud to partner with M&S Bank by taking part in a charity golf day in aid of the ‘Hospice of the Good Shepherd’, which raised vital funds for this community service, located in Cheshire.
Elegant Resorts has been involved with our local hospital’s Babygrow Appeal for the last couple of years. We are delighted to support the Countess of Chester’s appeal to raise £3 million for a new neonatal unit.
Alongside other prominent local businesses, we regularly attend events held nearby, such as the Lady Taverners Royal Ascot Coronation Day, held at Chester Racecourse.
