Both overseas and here in the UK, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We all share the same spirit of adventure to discover the world, delivering excellence in all areas of the business while having fun at the same time!

We enjoy celebrating success through many social events and are committed to investing in our staff through learning and development programmes. Health and wellbeing in the workplace is important to us too, we have a team of wellness ambassadors, we are part of the mindful company charter, have an on-site gym, provide weekly yoga classes and have created a meditation/chill out room.

Two-way communication and creating an open and honest culture are key to our success, and we listen to our staff via channels such as surveys and workshops to help us improve our business. We sent out surveys to all Chester-based staff following the pandemic, gauging their preferences and feelings towards returning to the office. Following this, we are proud to have introduced a ‘hybrid working’ model which will see a split (for those that want it) between office and home working. New systems and processes have been put into place to ensure we maintain our award-winning service, productivity and genuine friendships, no matter where we are working that day.
