I joined Elegant Resorts in 2005. All the fabulous places to see became even more breathtaking when you add in pure luxury accommodation and travel. An important facet of my own holidays now is good food - it has become one of my great loves. I have had the pleasure to eat at wonderful restaurants such as La Chevre d’Or at the Chateau De La Chevre d’Or in Eze, France, Rossellinis at the Palazzo Avino in Ravello, Italy, The Tasting Room at Le Quartier Francais in Franschhoek in the South African wine lands and at Araxi in Whistler, Canada to name a few.
I started work in the travel industry in 1996. From a very early age I knew I wanted to work in travel. Family holidays to the Pyramids, the Grand Canyon and the Terracotta Warriors were such amazing sights as a child.
