You’ll visit the local saffron cooperative, which was formed to ensure fair selling prices for local farmers, and have the chance learn how it has supported locals and to browse locally made produce, ranging from soaps to olive oil.

Not far from Essaouira is Morocco's first organic vineyard, established by experienced winemaker Charles Melia.
