Day 1

Your adventure begins in style with airport lounge access before your scheduled flight from London Heathrow to Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific, continuing onwards to Nagoya. Enjoy warm hospitality onboard and settle in for your overnight journey to Japan.

Day 2

Arrive in Nagoya on your connecting flight this afternoon, where your private transfer will escort you to the Hilton Nagoya for a sumptuous 4-night stay. After refreshing at the hotel, head out for a street-food walking tour of Osu. This is one of Nagoya’s most exciting neighbourhoods, famous for lively arcades, independent stalls and local culinary favourites.

Day 3

Meet your transfer this morning for the journey to Suzuka Circuit, where your official Japanese F1 tickets in the Grandstand place you perfectly for the opening practice sessions. Soak up the unique atmosphere that only Suzuka delivers, before a return transfer to the city. Evening at leisure to dine, explore or simply relax.

Day 4

Return to Suzuka today for all the strategy and intrigue of qualifying. This day is always a highlight on this technical track, famed for its sweeping corners and passionate fans. Witness the drivers push to secure pole position from your superb vantage point in the E2 Grandstand.

Day 5

One of the most exciting days on the F1 calendar is here, with the iconic Japanese Grand Prix race day.

Your reserved seats put you right at the heart of the action as the world’s best battle it out on a circuit beloved by drivers and fans alike. After the podium celebrations, transfer back to Nagoya for a final night in the city before continuing your luxury Japanese holiday.

Day 6

This morning you’ll be treated to a private half-day tour of Nagoya, including highlights like the atmospheric Nagoya Castle, the Tokugawa Art Museum, and Atsuta Shrine. Afterwards, take the Limited Express and Shinkansen (the iconic bullet train) to Kanazawa and check into the beautiful Hotel Nikko Kanazawa for two nights.

Day 7

Continuing your journey of discovery, today you’ll explore Edo-era elegance on a private full-day tour, exploring the teahouses of Higashi Chaya, the landscaped beauty of Kenrokuen Garden, amazing samurai history in Nagamachi, and the lively seafood stalls of Omicho Market.

Day 10

More adventures today. Visit the Daio Wasabi Farm, known for its crystal-clear streams and lush green fields used in filming Akira Kurosawa’s Dreams… you’ll want to keep your camera handy. Spend the day exploring tranquil walking paths and trying unique culinary creations featuring Japan’s most famous wasabi (if you’re brave enough!).

Day 11

Continue onwards to the bright lights of the city, travelling by Shinkansen to Tokyo, checking in to Hotel The Celestine Ginza.

This afternoon, enjoy a private highlights tour of Japan’s celebrated capital, including Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, the serene Meiji Shrine, and vibrant Shibuya. Return to your hotel by private car.

Day 12

Enjoy the morning at leisure to make the most of your final day; perhaps last-minute shopping for memorable souvenirs in Ginza. private transfer to the airport for your flights home, marking the end of an extraordinary journey through Japan and an unforgettable Grand Prix weekend.
