Santiago Highlights
Guided Tour

Join a guide for a tour of Santiago. Begin with a visit to the country’s largest farmer’s market, La Vega Central, housing 60,000 square meters of stalls that showcase the brilliance of the country's agricultural bounty – perfect for foodies! Continue to the colourful Barrio Brazil and Barrio Yungya, characterised by cobblestone streets, bright mansions and charming plazas, once home to the high-class members of Chilean society. Stop for a sweet treat and refreshment at the unique La Peluqueria Francesa in Barrio Yungay, a unique French barbershop / antique shop. Take a stroll down Jose Miguel de la Barra Street in the heart of the Bellas Artes neighbourhood and onwards to the Lastarria neighbourhood, home to both designer shops and eclectic local stores, including a small book market. Your final stop is El Emporio La Rosa, an artisanal ice cream shop that offers delicious and wonderfully whacky ice-cream flavours - including rose, garlic, and pepper. Expect a treat as it has been named one of the top 25 ice-cream shops in the world!

Lake General Carrera and the Marble Chapels
Boat Excursion

Board a sleek 12-person Flipper boat and cruise from Puerto Guadal across the stunning mirrored waters of Lake General Carrera, located on the border of Argentina and Chile. Discover the utterly fascinating and beautiful blue caverns that are partially submerged in the lake. Three main caverns: The Chapel (La Capilla), the Cathedral (La Catedral), and the Cave (La Cueva) make up the majority of the system, all of which you can explore today.

Magellan Strait by Boat
Guided Boat Tour

Hop aboard a boat for a scenic cruise along the Magellan Strait in Patagonia, stopping firstly at Isla Magdalena. Here lives the largest colony of Magellan Penguins in the Southern Hemisphere, with an estimated 120,000 birds nesting on the island. Make your way to the historic lighthouse, while learning more about the area’s history and its fascinating fauna. Next, head towards Isla Marta where you will likely spot sea lions, austral terns and a range of other wonderful wildlife in their natural habitat. Later, sail back to shore and return to Punta Arenas.

The Recoleta Neighbourhood of Buenos Aires
Walking Tour (Duration: Approx 2.5 hours)

Enjoy a leisurely guided stroll to become acquainted with the sophisticated Recoleta neighbourhood of Buenos Aires. The district is named after the barefoot Franciscan friars of the Recoleto order, who settled here in the early 1700s. The outbreak of yellow fever in the south of the city in 1871 caused the elite to swarm to this area, laying the foundations for a concentration of intellectual and cultural activity. Explore the open green spaces, landscaped parks, tree-lined sidewalks, upmarket shops and historic landmarks of the area – including the intriguing Recoleta Cemetery, the grand Alvear and Quintana Avenues, the enchanting Pellegrini Square, and much more.

Buenos Aires City Tour
Private Half Day Tour

Discover the different neighbourhoods, eclectic architecture, sweeping avenues, narrow streets, ornamented façades and tree-lined boulevards of Buenos Aires on this privately guided tour. Highlights may include the Main Square, Plaza de Mayo with its neo-classical Cathedral, the colonial town-hall, the Presidential Palace and the historical "Casa Rosada" (The Pink House). Then, it's on to the old neighborhood of San Telmo with its narrow, cobbled-stone streets; La Boca with its multicoloured tin houses and lively atmosphere; and the thriving habour area of Puerto Madero. Then, explore the elegant Barrio Norte neighborhood, home to fascinating French architecture and the Recoleta Cemetery. End in Palermo with its wonderful parks and gardens, monuments and magnificent mansions. Professional guides can tailor this tour to fit your particular interests, so let us know about them to ensure you make the most out of this great experience!
