Behind Jambalaya’s traditional wooden exterior lies a refreshing décor where splashes of colour are injected through the bright pinks and greens of the silk cushions, and floral prints – all of which stand out against the soothing white-washed walls. Accommodation comprises a Master Suite with a private entrance, a queen-size bed, settee (that can be used as a single bed), an office desk, a shower and toilet, while two Double Cabins share shower and toilet facilities. All cabins are light and airy with hatches which let in a lovely breeze. In addition, there is a library area with a selection of books and games and a large covered cockpit where you can relax and dine outdoors on Creole and Caribbean cuisine, courtesy of your French Chef.
