Location and transfer
Approximately 30 minutes from Auckland International Airport to Waiheke Island Half Moon Bay Ferry terminal by private car transfer, followed by a 45 minute ferry transfer and a ten minute car transfer to Marino Ridge.
Alternatively, a helicopter transfer from Auckland International Airport to Marino Ridge is approximately 20 minutes.

A daily gourmet breakfast menu serves the finest produce, either home grown or locally sourced. Served on the veranda, much of the breakfast ingredients are selected from the property’s potager gardens, citrus and fruit groves. Pre-dinner wines and exquisite nibbles are complimentary, followed by transportation provided to one of the many restaurants on the island. Private chefs create incredible four-course dining experiences at the ridge on request, focusing on simple, elegant dishes using organic ingredients.
The stunning beach below the property is only accessible on foot, creating a private atmosphere, perfect for a range of water activities. Paddle boarding, sailing and sea fly-fishing can all be organised to start in this tranquil location. Taking off from Marino Ridge’s helipad, guests enjoy scenic flights of the bays and vineyards that make up the beautiful Waiheke Island. Waiheke is renowned for its wineries- based on individual preferences the best to visit are recommended, as well as organising tailor made tours. The private bush track that leads to the property accesses an abundance of coastal walks and beaches, providing the opportunity to explore the breath taking island and experience its wildlife up close.
Accommodating a maximum of six guests, Marino Ridge offers luxurious seclusion and intimacy, ideal for a romantic holiday. Private entrances to each suite and drinks available to be enjoyed on the suite’s balcony at sunset is perfect for couples. Access to the virtually hidden beach offers precious time alone amid breath taking scenery, whilst the spa room offers massages for couples. Bespoke wine tastings and vineyard tours can be created and private chefs can prepare candle-lit dinners against the stunning ocean backdrop for the ultimate romantic experience.
