Siem Reap

This morning visit the Rolous group, the site of an ancient Khmer civilisation known as Hariharalaya. Enjoy the natural beauty passing through the Cambodian countryside and upon arrival at Roluos Pagoda partake in a private blessing ceremony with the Buddhist monks. 

Afterwards head to Tonle Sap Lake and have the opportunity to learn about life on the lake before taking a boat trip passing by local villages. In the veening, attend a performance of 'Phare, the Cambodian Circus'.

Start your morning temple exploration by adventure jeep to the most illustrious of the Small Circuit Temples, Ta Prohm. Return to Siem Reap for a midday break, escapeing the heat in the comfort of your hotel room, pool or spa. In the afternoon, around 3pm, head into the ancient city of Angkor Thom, continue on to Bayan temple in the exact centre of the city, this 12th century masterpiece is a stundy in grandeur and is well known for its 52 towers with enigmatic faces looking out over the last provinces of the Great Khmer Empire.

After breakfast enjoy some free time to visit the Old Market which has dozens of souvenir stalls offering a wide range of trinkets. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for the flight to Sihanoukville followed by a short boat to your resort.
