These rooms feature a wider bathroom doorway, step-in shower with grab bars both around the shower and the toilet as well as a handheld shower head, raised toilet, roll-under vanity unit, plus a visual fire alarm for the hearing impaired. In these rooms, there may be a ramp placed in between the room and balcony to enable wheelchair access onto the balcony.
