Starting out as an apprentice in high street travel agency, working my up to store manage before heading over to an independent travel agent working a variety of senior roles. I then moved over to a mainstream tour operator working as a Sales Executive looking after independent travel agents. After a short break out of the industry I am delighted to be joining Elegant Resort as Business Development Executive for the north working with our agent partners. I think anyone who works in the travel industry must have a passion for travelling and it's definitely one of mine!

Mauritius

I fell in love with Mauritius from the moment we landed. Incredible white sandy beaches, crystal clear seas and food that make your tastebuds tingle. Visiting the weekly market on the local bus is a must for getting a real feel for the country, as well as visiting the national parks.

This hotel really has the wow factors. We were lucky enough to experience a private meal at the waterfall, candles lighting the way and walking alongside fireflies it’s an experience that will stay with me forever.
