Always check the seat pocket in front of you before departing the aircraft – it’s so easy to leave personal belongings like your passport, mobile phone or sunglasses behind!

Adapt to your destination time zone before travelling by going to bed earlier/later (whichever is applicable to your new time zone) a few days before you depart.
