The Ritz Kids programme offers a variety of supervised physical and creative activities, for children aged 5 to 12 years, based on the four pillars of the programme - designed specifically for The Ritz-Carlton by Jean Michel Cousteau’s Ocean Futures Society - water, land, environmental responsibility and culture. Every Friday and Saturday evening from 6pm to 10 pm, the ‘Kids Night Out’ is a supervised evening filled with games, arts and crafts and loads of fun, all centred around that evening’s special theme!

There are different room categories that offer accessible rooms with ADA-standard features. These are: Resort View King, Resort View 2 Queens, Marina View King, Marina View 2 Queens, and suites. All of the ADA rooms have grab bars in the bathroom, a lowered closet to meet ADA height requirements and three of these rooms have an accessible, roll-in shower. Accessible public areas of the hotel include registration desk, restaurants and lounges, route to accessible rooms, meeting spaces, pool entrances and spa and business centre entrances. Service animals are also permitted.
