Red Mountain Resort is made for adventure. Whatever your hiking experience or physical level, there is plenty to see and do with varied difficulties and lengths of walks. Daily guided hikes are complimentary to guests, while specialised hikes are available, at an additional charge, to Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park, with one-on-one time with your guide. There are also biking and horse-riding excursions, plus canyoneering, kayaking, rock climbing and rappelling for the adventure-seekers. The daily events calendar includes further activities such as hikes with dogs from the animal shelter, evening and sunrise walks and desert nature walks, plus plenty more to help you explore this stunning landscape.

Red Mountain Resort is blended into the beautiful landscape of red rock cliffs and canyons, and there are plenty of natural wonders to discover. The stunning Zion National Park is just an hour away, where you can discover the tightly wound trails of Walter’s Wiggles and dizzying heights of Angel's Landing, while the Labyrinth at Red Mountain is an intriguing stone spiral with important symbolism in Native American culture. Just down the road from the resort, you can find Snow Canyon State Park which covers almost 7,000 acres with canyons, cliffs and volcanic cones, plus Bryce Canyon National Park is a two-hour-and-thirty-minute drive away. where you can see mind-blowing rock formations.

Set in the tranquil surroundings of Utah, the award-winning Sagestone Spa & Salon is a true sanctuary. Unique treatments are inspired by ancient rituals and incorporate indigenous desert botanicals, local honey and mineral-rich muds, clays and salts to rejuvenate and heal. Take stunning photos to remember your time in Utah with a photography field session and learn how to capture the beauty of this breathtaking landscape, either with your own camera or your smartphone. You can also create your own clay pot using ancient techniques and craft your own native plant brush to paint your creation. There are also unique fitness programmes such as Drums Alive®, which uses the rhythm and aerobic potential of drumming to create a fun mind/body workout experience. You can also try alternative practices such as intuitive energy reading, Shaman energy healing and try a Peruvian Despacho fire ceremony – how you interpret your findings is up to you!
Guests must be aged twelve years and older to stay at Red Mountain Resort and it is advised that it is more suited to couples and adults traveling together.
