Putting The Sunshine Back On The Caribbean Following the recent hurricanes, it’s more important than ever to show our support for the Caribbean and her beautiful islands. Whilst hurricanes Irma and Marie ravaged The British Virgin Islands, Tortola and Anguilla, in particular, there are fortunately still some islands ready to welcome visitors and wave the Caribbean flag. Rather than wishing to spend some time in the shade, the Caribbean communities are asking us here at Elegant Resorts for an opportunity to showcase the whole Caribbean region in order to retain their place within the winter sun calendar and help the resident locals to regain their livelihoods.
Reasons To Still Shine
Whilst the repair work may be underway, the long-term recovery very much depends on the loyalty of tourist visitors. Our message, inspired by the pro-active stance of The Caribbean Tourism Organization, is one of relief, assistance and re-focus, and we think it’s important to show our commitment to the whole Caribbean region. We've been busy raising money here in our Chester office and have happily shared the Go Fund Me Page, set up by the Caribbean Tourism Organisation to provide aid and assistance to the islands and people affected, with our clients.
Islands Of Personality
The islands of Barbados, St. Lucia and Antigua, amongst many others, were left unscathed and the hoteliers and resorts located on these islands are asking us to reassure returning clients and encourage potential new ones to support the Caribbean by visiting during the remaining months of 2017 or 2018. We’d, therefore, like to offer these islands some additional focus during the remaining months of 2017 by showcasing their festive season programmes and their 2018 offers. High season travel will soon be upon us and we know that this is when our clients love to visit the most. A luxurious Caribbean escape is a staple for many clients of Elegant Resorts, and this year really doesn’t need to be any different.
A Destination Full Of Attractions
The stunning natural beauty of the Caribbean, along with the authentic charm of the islanders, is a timeless attribute for the whole Caribbean region and this is why we are re-doubling our efforts and reminding our clients of its endless appeal. From the sailing highlights of Antigua, to the sheer majesty of the Pitons in St. Lucia and the glamorous social scene of Barbados, there is a bounty of attractions and activities to enjoy throughout the Caribbean. For honeymoon couples looking to be pampered in style, watersports enthusiasts seeking adventure and families planning their winter getaway, the Caribbean remains a firm favourite, with plenty to discover beyond the beach. Boasting a colourful combination of tropical attraction and glorious beaches, each island has its own distinct flavour and offers a compelling reason to visit.
