The Elegant Promise is subject to the specific terms and conditions offered by the individual suppliers. We have negotiated excellent flexible terms with the majority of our partners but there may be instances where there is less flexibility. When you make your booking, we will advise the full details so you can make an informed decision.
Please make sure that you have relevant travel insurance in place and confirm this on booking.
*COVID-19 related reasons are termed as any of the following:
- The FCDO advises against all but essential travel or your destination moves onto the government's 'red list'
- The destination you are travelling to has conditions of entry imposed after booking that restrict entry - e.g. closed borders or quarantine requirements more than 3 days on arrival
- International flights are cancelled without alternative routing
