Friendly locals, breathtaking landscapes and bustling cities combine to make the Philippines an unmissable destination. Comprising over a staggering 7000 islands, there is truly something for everyone in this Southeast Asian paradise.

Spend the morning soaking up the sunshine from the glorious white sands of a pristine beach, before exploring the lush greenery of a traditional Filipino rice paddy. Soar through the trees on an exhilarating zipline, take to the waves with a variety of watersports, or meander along scenic nature trails, encountering an array of fascinating wildlife. Renowned for its exquisitely flavoursome and unique cuisine, be sure to sample some local classics – combining Indonesian, Chinese, Spanish and Indian influences.

Embark upon the most exciting adventures backed by the most beguiling seascapes, where turquoise waters blend with ultra-clear skies. Choose from a selection of thrilling water sports, such as kayaking, fishing, windsurfing and sailing, or discover incredible corals and aquatic life as you snorkel and scuba dive. Back on land, enjoy a game of tennis beneath the sunshine, or follow nature trails on foot or by bike, keeping watch for colourful birds chirping amongst the lush greenery. Walk barefoot along the dazzling, white beaches that stretch along the shoreline, perhaps spotting the nesting sites of Hawksbill and Green Sea turtles. As night falls, a stargazing adventure begins beneath the inky-black sky.

Pamalican Island promises a taste sensation, comprising home-grown, organic vegetables and fragrant herbs, served alongside seafood fresh from the ocean’s underwater larder. Menu highlights include lobster, crab, grouper and sea urchin, caught daily by local fishermen, as well as seasonal goodies – such as pumpkin, beans, aubergine and four kinds of plump, sweet tomatoes. Masterful, local chefs turn humble ingredients into show-stopping dishes, sure to excite the palate of every foodie!

The resorts house a variety of luxury boats for private charter and various outings, giving you the chance to explore a little more of this scenic and stunning corner of the Philippines. There are motor boats, sail boats and a pontoon boat: perfect for snorkelling trips to offshore reefs, deep-sea fishing excursions and island-hopping around the nearby Palawan Islands. Of course, all boats come with a friendly skipper, crew and expert guides, all keen to show you around their glorious homeland. Enjoy long, lazy lunches as you sail across the water, or watch the sun set into the sea over fizz and cocktails.
