Whether you pine for the powdery slopes, or wish to indulge in the après ski, we have a selection of glamorous European ski resorts, across France and Switzerland, that currently have late availability.
Courchevel 1650 – France
Quieter than its 1850 neighbour, Courchevel 1650 is a great option for families and boasts excellent bars and restaurants, while all the après-ski and nightlife you’d ever need can be found just five minutes away at 1850 – a perfect combination! Portetta Hotel and Mountain Lodges is a family-friendly, wood-clad boutique hotel offering a convenient ski-in/ski-out location close to the nursery slopes in the resort, along with fortifying French and Italian cuisine, a spa with hammam and sauna and the largest terrace bar in Courchevel, where wood-fired pizzas can be hungrily enjoyed and ice shots consumed (sensibly, of course!) whilst you’re cosseted in cosy faux fur snugs in front of a roaring log fire. This Christmas, guests can enjoy as host of festive touches to ensure a very special stay, including carol singing, vin chaud and mince pies in front of a roaring fire on Christmas Eve and a special Christmas children’s menu on Christmas Day.
