Sunny and stylish, energetic and inviting, Sydney shines all year round. Ferries, yachts, jetboats and harbour cruises share the sparkling waters framed by the world famous white sails of the Opera House and coat hanger-like Harbour Bridge. The colonial sandstone warehouses of the lively Rocks district nestle at the foot of tall glass towers and contrast with the modernity of the neighbouring Darling Harbour.

Day 2

From deliciously fresh harbourside lunches, to colourful gelatos along Bondi Beach and a sophisticated evening dining tour, including Peter Gilmore's celebrated Bennelong restaurant located under the sails of the Sydney Opera House, guests will sample Sydney's hottest dining establishments — along with a few hidden favourites and emerging gems.

Day 3

Experience an authentic taste of the local lifestyle as you are hosted by a Sydney-sider, north of the Harbour Bridge. Visit a local fresh-produce market, sample a "flat-white" coffee and collect some ingredients for lunch. Taste local wines as you cook alongside your host — either in the kitchen of their private home, or at their barbecue — before sitting to enjoy a lunch created from fresh local produce and indigenous ingredients. Following your lesisurely lunch with new friends, stroll through the neighbouring national park to the water's edge before sampling a refreshing local ale at the yacht club. Spend the evening in style with a personal VIP tour of the Sydney Opera House, enjoying a pre-theatre dinner at Aria restaurant.

Highlights

Experience the sights and flavours of vibrant Sydney and taste the enviable city lifestyle. Guests can enjoy a personalised full-day private food and wine trail that fuses all the must-see sights with coveted culinary highlights. Enjoy tastings and a delicious lunch, as you weave through the city centre to the diverse inner-city villages. The first evening highlight is a progressive dinner tour with a passionate local, taking in Peter Gilmore's Bennelong restaurant along with some hidden local favourites, whilst the finale is a visit to the highly-awarded Aria restaurant at the Sydney Opera House.
