The ever popular, Burj Al Arab never fails to disappoint or deliver but their uncompromised mark of distinction continues to set this legendary Arabian hotel apart.
Designed to complement the hotel’s iconic sail-shaped silhouette, the North Deck has been designed as an independent island. The private luxury deck accommodates 32 cabanas, 400 sun loungers, a stunning, large freshwater pool and one saltwater pool (measuring over 800 metres), one signature restaurant and a chic cocktail bar.The North Deck measures 10,000m² and stretches out into the Arabian Gulf with such majesty, you’d be forgiven for thinking it had always been there.
As standard bearers for definitive luxury, Burj Al Arab considers every aspect of the guest experience when approving new additions to the famous hotel. The North Deck is set to captivatingly combine the indulgent nature of a luxury beach holiday with all the chic amenities of a city break. Lounging by the pool has never looked quite like this!
The deck has been developed by marine construction experts, ADMARES, at a shipyard in Finland that specialises in the building of cruise ships and yachts, guaranteeing the highest standards in both manufacture and finish. The off-site process has meant minimal disruption to current hotel guests and the construction itself is made from steel and weighs around 5,000 tonnes.
Set to open in February 2016, The North Deck will surely become a Dubai landmark all of its own and will definitely be one of the most popular spots to enjoy a drink at sunset. Access to the North Deck is exclusive to hotel guests only and the stunningly spacious design ensures everyone will enjoy their own private place on the man-made island structure.
