Dining & Gourmet

Under the watchful eye of chef, Anthony Bisquerra, La Table de l'Alpaga has held a Michelin Star since 2014. Well thought out menus of five and seven courses feature outstanding cuisine inspired by the local region. Pattes Rouges Prawns, Monts du Cantal Pork, organic eggs and Beaufort Cheeses are just some of the tempting ingredients to look out for. There's also an equally tempting vegetarian menu. Knockout views of Mont Blanc add splendid natural theatre to this top notch culinary hotspot, which is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 7pm.

Before the super luxurious resort of Courchevel was born, Megève was the place to ski and be seen skiing - the French's answer to St. Moritz and glamorous it was. These days, the resort has had to take a bit of a back burner but nevertheless remains classy, upmarket and exceedingly well-received. Thanks to Mont Blanc, Megève enjoys a micro-climate and the perfect conditions for plentiful snow. There are 300km of marked trails and cross-country paths, as well as 81 lifts and two snow parks for budding snowboarders. The terrain is perhaps more suited to intermediate skiers and there's nothing too daunting for beginners while the centre of town has a rustic, medieval essence, it's also fabulously scenic and boasts many good restaurants serving superb French cuisine.

Alpaga warmly welcomes younger guests age three years and over, with gifts on arrival, additional beds, interconnecting rooms and children's menus. The kids' club plans a whole line-up of things to see and do and the space has been beautifully designed to please every tiny eye, with dedicated areas for play and relaxation - a place for little ones to escape and mix with other little travellers. The latest movies, games and books are also available from the SMALLable team. Babysitting is also available on request.

Spa & Wellness

Channelling the serenity of the mountains and perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes, Spa, by Sothys is a gorgeous retreat complete with a hot tub and al fresco sauna facing Mont Blanc, as well as a plunge pool. Innovative and indulgent, choose from a range of sensory Sothys therapies to enjoy in the charming treatment cabins. There is also a fitness studio open daily, as well as a personal training on request.

Gather your nearest and dearest to Megève, an ultra-chic village wrapped in picturebook scenery overlooking Mont Blanc's cloud-piercing peak. This is a place to tie the knot in a sublime mountain setting and Alpaga will plan the wedding of your dreams, promising to make your 'Big Day' truly special, including the ceremony, food and, of course, a sensational, snow-capped, backdrop of Mother Nature, with amazing service from start to finish - perfection!

In Addition

Chalet Chef: From Alpine classics to gastronomic delights, Michelin-starred chef, Anthony Bisquerra and select members of his team offer delicious in-chalet menus designed just for you. Laden with seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce, the cooks prepare everything for you in your chalet kitchen, sharing a few secrets and tips along the way, all served in your chalet for you, your family and friends. This is a very privileged and highly tasty experience for all foodies out there.
