He explains his philosophy for Ocean restaurant as follows; “We wanted to make a greater connection with local producers with a lighter, modern reinterpretation of Portugal’s culinary traditions and flavours”.
Whilst guests can enjoy Chef Neuner’s expertise across a range of inviting dishes, those seeking a more in-depth and exclusive experience can book the Chef’s Table, for up to six guests, and watch him prepare each meal with passion and finesse.
Bela Vita restaurant, meaning ‘beautiful life’, brings guests a little taste of luxury living with a newly appointed terrace for casual dining, alfresco style. Enjoy great food and picture-perfect Portuguese sunsets. The refurbishment also brings a further four restaurants to the resort’s luxury Clubhouse including a cool and contemporary Japanese-themed restaurant, complete with Teppanyaki for show cooking and freshly prepared dishes full of flavour and style.
