Internally, Villa La Conchas boasts five en suite bedrooms, a living room, dining room - which will seat a maximum of twelve guests - and a modern kitchen. There is also a television room with DVD/CD player and wi-fi access, while ceiling fans and air conditioning are present throughout.

Externally, expansive mature gardens - peppered with palm trees - flank the sides of the 20m x 6m swimming pool which has a slightly elevated Jacuzzi and waterfall flowing into the pool. The entire villa is private and enjoys a gated entrance so guests can enjoy outdoor living and alfresco dinners in complete privacy. There’s also a summer house, alfresco shower, sun loungers and barbecue facilities, as well as private parking for up to six vehicles.
