Villa Kuban

Villa Kuban has been constructed around a variety of different sitting areas, three bedrooms and plenty of outdoor living space.

Internally there are two king-size bedrooms upstairs and one twin bedroom on the ground floor adjoining the den. Also downstairs, there is a dining room bordered on two sides by a covered terrace and featuring a steel-black dining table topped with stunning black glass. There’s also an open-air living space with elongated white and cream wicker seats, a kitchen and study/media room with wooden floors throughout.

There are a magnitude of eye-catching fixtures dotted around the building, including a particularly striking wooden staircase encased by a stainless steel banister and unusual shuttered windows. Beneath the stairway, there is a striking sand feature with large grey pebbles.

Externally, sun loungers and outdoor armchairs border the sides of the infinity-edge swimming pool which sits proudly atop the hillside, surrounded by sun-saturated decking and rambling hillside falling away to a glorious, picture-perfect ocean.

The villa features a contemporary and fully-equipped kitchen. Facilities include a double- stove, microwave, blender, ice maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher and kettle. In addition, there are barbecue facilities and both an indoor dining space and an external dining terrace.
