Ground Floor:
The huge entrance hall provides access to all floors, via a stunning glass-appointed staircase. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living and dining area featuring modern aesthetics and sleek fixtures. The living room also boasts Sky TV and a DVD player as well as lots of light-reflecting steel and glass. The kitchen has a breakfast table and there’s also a double bedroom, en suite facilities and an additional guest bathroom.

First Floor:
Ascend the double staircase to reach the Master Suite and a further three bedrooms. There’s a study and an incredible roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and 360° views across the golf course and Atlantic Ocean.

Basement:
It would be impossible to get bored in a villa with a basement like this. Go downstairs to relax in the Turkish bath, well-equipped gym or in the fully equipped home cinema, complete with enormous chairs. The comprehensive games room features a pool table, table tennis and football table and there’s also a small bar and laundry room if needs must. There's definitely something to keep everyone happy down here.

Outdoors:
Outside you’ll find the 16m x17m swimming pool, covered terrace and alfresco dining area seating up to twelve guests. The pool terrace is sprinkled with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an additional Jacuzzi.
