Villa Estrecho

Villa El Estrecho is bright, airy and unfussy, and includes parking for up to four cars.

Upper Level: With study and television room.

Main Level: This is also the ground-floor and comprises the entrance, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with satellite television, CD/DVD player, wi-fi and access onto the patio. There’s also a laundry room, pantry and two bedrooms; the Master Bedroom and an additional guestroom. There are four bathrooms in total, two of which are en suite.

Lower Level: This level boasts an additional kitchenette and smaller living room. There are three additional en suite guestrooms and a home-cinema.

External Space: Outdoors you’ll find numerous outdoor dining spaces, covered chill-out areas, an outdoor lounge, barbecue and sun-drenched terraces. The manicured gardens flank the edges of the 12m x 4m swimming pool which leads to an impressive sun pavilion, complete with sun loungers.

The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen and a smaller kitchenette, as well as a barbecue and several outdoor dining areas. The main kitchen comprises microwave, fridge, oven and household appliances while the laundry room has a washing machine.
