Villa Esplendor has five bedrooms and enough space for ten guests to feel totally detached from one another, if they wish to of course. However, there’s also plenty of communal space which will bring the party together; resulting in the optimum balance of privacy and familiarity. Indoors, the villa is subtle and understated, decorated entirely in vanilla, cream and fawn, speckled with a hint of gold. In contrast, the outdoor space is bright and eye-catching, with a magnificent swimming pool and lush, landscape gardens.

Accommodation

The villa has six bathrooms in total, with a guest bathroom located next to the main entrance. From here the house leads into two en suite bedrooms, as well as a fully fitted kitchen with granite work tops and a combined living and dining area with access outdoors. There’s also a study and an additional TV room comprising Sky television, DVD player and striking pieces of furniture.

Upstairs there is another central reception area leading onto three further bedrooms, including the master suite. Bedrooms, as with the rest of the house, are decorated in a soft, muted palette of cream, beige and fawn with floor-length curtains, hand-made, American-oak wardrobes and marble-appointed Villeroy and Boch bathrooms.

The 15m x 7m swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and gardens. There’s a gas barbecue for alfresco dining and a whirlpool. The villa also benefits from double garages and a store room.
