Villa Cote Mer

The villa comprises three floors, all with air conditioning, tiled floors and white-washed exposed beams.

Upper Floor: 
The Master Bedroom occupies the entire upper floor.  

Ground Floor:
From the main entrance (with cloakroom) this space opens up onto a combined kitchen, living room and dining area. The sitting room leads out towards the sun terrace and provides guests with satellite television, Wi-Fi access and a sound system. An additional two bedrooms are located off the hallway and there’s also a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen.

Lower Floor: 
Here you will find the fourth bedroom and an additional sitting room with television.

Outdoor Space:
The swimming pool measure 10m by 5m and can be heated on request. A sun terrace flecked with outdoor furniture, an alfresco dining area and a vine-covered pergola are also found outdoors. Access to the beach is via a private gate located across the garden.

The Chef will prepare breakfast everyday as well as lunch or dinner six days out of seven. Beachfront restaurants can be reached on foot and the villa has a modern kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine and toaster.
