Villa Contemporanea

Villa Contemporanea enjoys wi-fi access and under floor heating; there is air conditioning and electrically operated shutters throughout – amenities which all add to the villa’s premium level of luxury.

Ground Floor:
From the entrance hall, enter the spacious lounge which features Sky television and a DVD player with access onto the covered terrace, swimming pool and barbecue area. There is also an open-plan kitchen and dining area, again opening onto an external terrace. The ground floor houses two bedrooms which can be arranged in a double or twin-bedroom format. Both rooms have en suite bathrooms.

First Floor:
The first floor accommodates a further three bedrooms; two twin rooms which can both transform into double rooms, and an additional double bedroom, all with en suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms also has a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden.

Basement:
The entertainment centre of the whole villa; here you will find a games room with snooker table and a gymnasium equipped with bathroom and spa-shower. The children’s room has four bunk-beds, an additional sofa bed and is decorated in bright, child-friendly colours. Furthermore, the basement hosts a fabulous cinema room with plentiful DVDs and seating for up to twelve guests.

Outside:
Step outdoors and you’ll be greeted by a fabulous swimming pool (it is possible to request a heated pool for an additional charge) and a large covered terrace with barbecue and plasma television – this area can actually be completely closed off when the sun dips and nights become nippy. The outdoor dining table is flanked by beautiful landscape gardens and can accommodate several guests on high quality garden furniture.

The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. There are plenty of beautiful places to dine in this villa, our favourite being the covered terrace with gas barbecue – and if the temperature drops, you remain protected – this innovative area can be completely shut off from outdoor elements.
