Days are spent outside hiking, horse-riding, walking or fly-fishing in the Bitterroot River before returning to the lodge for exquisite dinners – made from locally sourced, fresh produce – accompanied by fine wines. Gastronomy is taken very seriously here, there’s a dining room and a climate-controlled cellar in the Rooftop Lounge that houses over five-hundred wines from around the world.
