The Old Sugar House

The villa has four bedrooms and sleeps eight guests - ten can be accommodated if the TV room is used as an additional guestroom. The décor is effortlessly chic, combining a mellow colour palette with contrasting antiques and iron furnishings.

Upper Floor: Featuring one Master Bedroom and an additional guestroom, both with en suite bathrooms.

Main Floor: An additional guestroom and second Master Bedroom are located on this floor. There is also an open-plan living deck and dining area, seating up to sixteen guests, which traverses outdoors onto the swimming pool deck. Facilities include sofas, chairs, wet bar and a fully-functional kitchen.

Lower Floor: The TV Room contains a 42" flat screen television, DVD player, air-conditioning and two sofa beds which can transform into a double bed and accommodate another two guests.

Outdoor Space: Externally, the villa is flushed with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, chairs and outdoor furniture, as well as a barbecue and parking for up to four cars.

There is an in-house cook and evening Butler on-hand to organise and deliver outstanding meals and refreshments. There is also a fabulous alfresco deck area, perfect for enjoying the warm evening sun while feasting on fresh and flavoursome ingredients. Both the cook and Butler work six days out of seven.  

The kitchen comprises dishwasher, fridge, freezer, four-ring stove, oven, grill, microwave and home-ware utensils.
