Singita Faru Faru Lodge

This lodge takes its inspiration from the ever-present rock formations said to have been left behind by an ancient people and which surround the camp. Set on a small rocky bluff, overlooking two watering holes and the riverine forest beyond, the camp has been designed to blend into the environment.The nine suites face out onto the plain and huge glass windows maximise breathtaking views of the natural habitat. Activities include game-drives, mountain-biking and hot-air ballooning. For lovers of horse-riding, guests also have access to Sasakwa Equestrian Centre.

There are eight suites and one double bedroom suite, each featuring an alfresco shower or bath with a capricious mix of interiors combining contemporary textiles and natural materials, a mini-bar, air-conditioning, television, telephone, internet access and maid service.

NB: During the annual migration of wildebeest and other grazing herbivores (June and July), the camps get booked up very quickly, we therefore recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Luxury Hotel Experiences

Singita Explore mobile safaris are 'back-to-basics' safari camps which allow for unbeatable wildlife experiences and the closest proximity to nature imaginable. Mobile camps offer a minimum two-night stay, camping under the stars and off-the-beaten-track for between two and twelve intrepid guests.
