Villa Interior:
The upper level's fully-appointed kitchen with an oven, two fridges and a dishwasher is where all the cooking normally takes place;  in addition there is a laundry room, yoga/massage room (equipped with a yoga mat and massage table) and a dining room seating up to ten guests, There’s also an upper-level living room boasting a fireplace, bar and 39” satellite television, including an iPod dock and CD/DVD player.

On the main level there is a master kitchen and a master living room featuring a sound-system, laptop, printer and computer facilities such as a fax machine. Access to the sunset terrace is via an additional living room complete with 43” flat screen television, home cinema, DVD collection, board games and a PlayStation.

Villa Exterior:
Outdoors there are various, spread-out terraces and a non-heated swimming pool measuring 9 metres by 5 metres. There’s a shaded pergola with a dining table seating up to twelve guests and a smaller pool table, seating up to eight. The sunset terrace enjoys outdoor sofas and deck chairs while additional facilities include a barbecue and pizza oven – not forgetting the formidable views down to the ocean, caldera and across to distant islands.

The Chef will prepare one meal per day as well as light snacks and lunch if required. If guests want additional meals, more staff can be requested - subject to a surcharge. Fresh Mediterranean cuisine includes Cretan produce and local ingredients such as fresh fish, meat and cheese from neighbouring islands. The villa also has a wine cellar housing both local and Greek varieties.
