A warm welcome awaits guests of all ages; KidsOnly Club offers 4 to 11-year-olds a range of fun, fully-supervised programmes daily, as well as a colourful clubhouse with play areas, art and craft facilities, a warm swimming pool and a dedicated restaurant. Children under four years of age must be accompanied by an adult or babysitters are available at an extra charge, payable locally.
Teen activities
Activities for twelve- to seventeen-year-olds provide the opportunity to make new friends and take part in a variety of dynamic activities, sports, events, excursions, discos and theme evenings. The resort offers a designated meeting place to gather and plan their own programme with the help of the Sports and Entertainment team.
Fitness Activities
The children's club run a complimentary youth fitness programme for children aged between four and seventeen years of age, ran during peak times only. For three to six year olds there is gentle yoga, swimming classes and music movement lessons. Seven to twelve year olds enjoy additional classes such as outdoor fitness activities and Tai Chi while teenagers aged between thirteen and seventeen can take part in personal fitness training. Meanwhile, adults are able to enjoy the tranquillity of their own holiday with the reassurance that their children are having a fun, educational and healthy holiday experience in a safe and professional environment.
Annabel Karmel
The Kids Only Club has collaborated with nutrition expert, Annabel Karmel, as part of the resort's Youth Fitness Programme to provide children with well-balanced and delicious food while on holiday. Annabel Karmel has over twenty years of experience writing twenty-four educational books about baby and child nutrition.The collaboration has resulted in a new and beneficial children's menu created by Annabel Karmel herself, which is both healthy and tasty.
The One&Only Spa has eight treatment rooms and offers a holistic approach for the relaxation of mind and body, with a comprehensive range of body and facial treatments including highly qualified staff at the Bastien Gonzalez Pedi:Mani:Cure Studio. There is also a sauna, stretching room, lap pool and health and fitness facilities. We recoomend guests pre-book spa treatments through our Travel Concierge.
Under the sway of coconut palms with barefoot toes in the sand along a pristine shoreline, One&Only Le Saint Géran welcomes celebrations of marriage and hosts weddings of unimagined romance and style.
PADI- and NAUI-certified diving instructors conduct simulation courses in the swimming pool and specially designed classes for guests interested in obtaining dive certification in Open Water, Advanced Open Water or Rescue Diving.
The resort's master diver also offers a choice of breathtaking excursions on the east and north coasts of the island, providing a fabulous opportunity for guests to discover the magical depths of the Indian Ocean. Hours of operation: daily from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
The Gary Player 9-hole par-33 course, comes complete with its own clubhouse and One&Only Golf Academy. Instruction for players of any level is available at the Academy, from intensive training with video analysis, to fine-tuning game play on the practice range followed by 9 holes with the pro, to a fun day on the greens with the whole family.
