From the front hall, there are lovely internal gardens on both sides and a further inner-hallway leading to the main living room. Two beautiful French windows guide you onto a covered terrace, the large pool deck and gardens.

The open-air dining room has a lovely cathedral ceiling, huge black-granite table and built-in bar. To the right of the hallway is the lower bedroom wing, which includes the queen bedroom suite opening onto the pool deck and terrace. To the left, there is fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar.

From the tower, with its high vaulted ceiling and ornate windows, there is a staircase ascending into the Master Bedroom which enjoys its very own private veranda and two sets of French windows.

In addition, a one-bedroom self-contained cottage sits adjacent to the main house.

Your stay at Villa Oceania includes the service of a cook/host who will see to all your culinary needs. The Sugar Hill community also features a good restaurant and the villa itself is equipped with a fully-appointed kitchen – should you wish to show-off your own cooking expertise.
