New Mansion

New Mansion houses four air-conditioned, en suite bedrooms, an open-plan living/dining room, family-sized kitchen and pantry, as well as an additional kitchenette on the first floor and wet bar in the living room. Two of the rooms benefit from a large balcony and there's also a television room comprising Cable television, CD/DVD player and radio.

The private, moat-like swimming pool curves around the villa and features a pretty walkover bridge. There's also an outdoor barbecue and terrace area, while the beach can be accessed within minutes.

The villa boasts its own private cook and a Butler to assist with grocery shopping. There are two kitchens, a pantry and barbecue.
