Mullins Mill

Inside the main house, there is a large formal dining room with a round, antique, mahogany table (seating up to twelve guests), a kitchen, Butler’s pantry and beautiful shuttered doors leading onto the covered terrace and casual sitting area. Here, you’ll find an assortment of canvas and rattan chairs and a glass-topped wrought iron breakfast table.

Upstairs there is a wooden gallery leading to both the Master Bedroom and the original mill house where you’ll find a circular-shaped living room, reception room and a circular bedroom. Deluxe facilities include an enormous 50" television with Cable channels and internet access - with wi-fi available on the lower floor.

Externally, the mill grounds are scattered with immaculate lawns, a private tennis court, wooden gazebo and a separate annexe housing a formal sitting room, known as the ‘shell room’.

A landscaped water course and small bridge weave through tropical gardens to the pool area. The ridge-sided swimming pool (33ft x 19ft) is flanked by gorgeous ocean views as well as an elegant pool house encompassing a sun deck, wet bar and canvas awning. The Jacuzzi and cabana are located in the lush tropical gardens.

The villa Chef is on-hand to prepare a selection of varied and carefully-chosen meals to suit all guests.
