Mas de Souleou

Externally, the farmhouse is absolutely stunning, with authentic French shuttered windows and a classic stone-wall façade.

The entire house is shroud in thick shrubbery and well-maintained gardens. There's an elevated outdoor dining area covered in twine and sheltered by vines, which overlooks the swimming pool and surrounding hillside.

The pool is accessed via a relatively steep stone stairway and has its own pool house, complete with terracotta half-pipe roof-tiles and views across Mouans Sartoux. A real feature of this property is the compact but well-equipped gym inside an old water barn in the garden.

Ground Floor:
The main kitchen has its own terrace and an enormous kitchen table with a heavy wooden table-top. The kitchen also leads onto a separate dining room which enjoys subtly medieval aesthetics. A large study and TV room runs alongside the bergerie - a former sheep pen - which is now a sitting room with many original features including a fireplace and arched ceiling constructed of brick and stone - this area is almost cellar-like but with large windows that provide plenty of natural light.

First Floor:
Ascend to the first floor and find an additional small kitchen and extra lounge, as well as three bedrooms, including the Master Suite, boasting its own dressing room and private terrace. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms; two rooms are en suite and the remaining bedroom has a separate bathroom.

Second Floor:
This floor features four beautiful bedrooms, adorned with bright, floral fabrics and stunning French-stone floors, as well as four en suite bathrooms.

Mas de Souleou has two fabulous kitchens, decorated with typical farmhouse features, such as heavy stone flooring, wooden work surfaces and large, traditional stoves. A Chef can be brought in on request - subject to additional charges.
