Maria Adele House

Maria Adele House is split over three levels, with the entrance, Great Room and Master Bedroom located on the ground floor and a further two floors leading down to the swimming pool and terraced area.

Pool Veranda Deck: Comprising the infinity-edge swimming pool, pergola and wade pool. On one side of the swimming pool there is a bedroom and on the other side there is a kitchen/dining area.

Lower Ground Level: From the pool deck there are two sets of steps leading up to the lower ground level housing a further three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms. Each room has a private terrace due to the wrap-around veranda which runs the entire length of the villa.

Ground Level: Here you’ll find the villa entrance, kitchen, pantry and magnificent Great Room consisting of an open-plan living, dining and media space. The Master Bedroom also sits alone on this floor with its own private terrace and grand views overlooking the pool and ocean beyond.

The villa has its own Chef and you can arrange any dietary requirements or culinary preferences prior to your arrival. Furthermore, once there the Chef will be more than happy to discuss the weekly menu with you.

Food and beverages can be pre-ordered before you arrive and all shopping will be collected by the villa staff. For added convenience and the guarantee of freshness, there is an island grocery and local fish market nearby.
