L'Epi

Accommodation

Villa Interior:
The ground floor is spacious and bright, decorated with cream tiled floors, white walls and statement pieces of modern artwork. One entire side of the villa has multiple doors leading onto an expansive terrace. The living room feels very modern and features an eight-seat settee, fireplace and plasma-screen television, as well as high ceilings and access onto the terrace. There’s also a stylish dining room, well-appointed kitchen and six en suite bedrooms on the first floor.

Villa Exterior:
A small pathway leads to the large, square swimming pool (11m X 11m) which is flanked by decking and peppered with sun loungers. For alfresco meals, there’s a barbecue and sheltered patio with various sitting areas and idyllic dining spots. For added convenience, there’s also a helipad on the lawn.

Dining

The Chef is on-hand to prepare daily breakfasts as well as lunch or dinner six days out of seven. Ingredients will be sought from local markets and there’s also the infamous Les Jumeaux restaurant for when lazy days on the beach roll into the evening.

From the villa, it’s just 6km to Saint Tropez, or ten minutes by car to the nearest village of Ramatuelle. Guests can walk to the beach at Epi Plage in less than fifteen minutes, including the infamous Nikki Beach Club – reminiscent of a chic Miami bar, this pool-side venue is considered one of the best in the world.
