Leamington Pavilion

Leamington Pavilion is considerably ornate and exudes refinement from the moment you step through the grand doorway.

Indoors:
From the main entrance room, follow the hallway into the exquisite drawing room, furnished with natural gold tones and antiques - this is one of the more formal areas of the house. This room looks onto a well furnished terrace.

From here, you'll find the formal dining room, with a kitchen across the hallway. The dining room features a candle-lit dining table seating up to twelve guests, a crystal chandelier and Wedgwood china. There's also a garden room, where afternoon tea is served.

Bedroom Wing:
The main bedroom wing houses the two larger bedrooms: the Study Suite and Master Bedroom. Opposite, you'll find the north wing, with two further twin bedrooms, both with en suite facilities.

Outdoors:
Venture outdoors onto the covered terrace, casual dining terrace and two lattice-work gazebos. One gazebo has a delightful daybed from where you can lie and admire the water features sprinkled across the garden. The swimming pool measures 48ft by 23ft, with a depth of 4ft to 6ft.

The cook is on-hand to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no set menu; instead guests can request their personal favourites and the cook will go out and source the appropriate ingredients.
