La Terrace is a simple yet elegant Caribbean-style villa overlooking Pampelonne Beach. With just five en suite bedrooms positioned over two large floors, the villa is exceedingly spacious and features cool white walls and a mild, peaceful décor. Accommodation

Ground Floor:
A spacious open-plan living and dining room features floor length sliding doors leading out towards the terrace. There are also four en suite bedrooms and a cloakroom on this level, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with grey work surfaces and stainless steel appliances.

Lower-Ground Floor:
Downstairs there is an additional en suite bedroom adjacent to the garage, as well as a utility room and maid’s quarters.

Villa Exterior:
Outdoors there is a glorious teak terrace and swimming pool (10m X 5m), barbecue area and partially covered dining area with alfresco dining table seating up to eight guests. The swimming pool can be heated on request and affords beautiful coastal views across Pampelonne Beach. A tennis court, located at the back of the villa is also available for guest use.

The Chef prepares meals in the kitchen which is fully equipped with a breakfast-bar, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. Breakfast is served daily while lunch or dinner can be requested six days out of seven.

Staff includes a Chef, maid and Villa Manager. The maid is available for twenty hours during the course of a week.
