Amankora To Host a Michelin-starred Chef

At Amankora , on 14th and 15th September 2012, celebrated Chef of New York’s Le Bernardin restaurant, Eric Ripert, will prepare a celebratory dinner for guests of the lodge.

The menu promises a combination of French flair, local ingredients and Bhutanese accents – something quite unique for the gourmand. Amankora is made up of five boutique lodges that are tucked away in the peaceful valleys of Bhutan, and Chef Ripert will visit them all during a cultural and culinary tour of the kingdom.
