Club Accommodation
Guests staying on the Club floors, from thirty to thirty-three, benefit from a reserved area with personalised service, a concierge team and greater privacy. Its Club Lounge, on the thirty-third floor, offers fabulous views across the Mediterranean and the Olimpic Port, and provides a relaxed, comfortable venue in which to enjoy a quiet drink or a few nibbles from the buffet presentation. Additional services for Club guests include private concierge services, Aqua di Parma amenities in the bathrooms, a housekeeping service adapted and timed specifically to guests' requirements, as well as an additional maid service to pack and unpack guests' suitcases. Guests staying on the Club Level will also receive complimentary use of a Smart Car during their stay (subject to availability).

This bustling, cosmopolitan city is perfect for long weekends and for those seeking a mixture of culture, excellent shopping and somewhere with a lively ambience. Attractions are endless, and the best way to find them is definitely on foot so that you can 'soak up' the atmosphere. The famous, long boulevard - La Rambla - is a hive of activity during the day and night, with its many bars, tapas restaurants and live entertainers. There are plenty of art galleries to wander around and, of course, the numerous Gaudi masterpieces to visit, dotted throughout the city. These include La Sagrada Familia, which remains incomplete but is a staggering example of the Gaudi style, and Parc Guell - an extraordinary work of art. There's a beach here too, although, as Barcelona is a port, it's not ideal for sea swimming. However, you'll find better beaches just a short distance away, along with some beautiful countryside.
Complimentary Smart Cars for Club Level Guests
For guests staying in Club level accommodation, Hotel Arts has recently introduced a complimentary service whereby guests have the use of uber-cool, brand-new, electric smart cars for use during their stay (subject to availability), ensuring a level of independent travel for guests wishing to explore further afield, or simply get around the city a little quicker.
The Six Senses Spa experience offers guests the opportunity to de-stress, with one of the many relaxing massages, personal rejuventation and revitalisation through holistic healing and wellbeing and specially designed Aromatherapy pampering, administered by Therapists who embrace the philosophy of balancing senses.
Treatments available include the two, exclusive to Hotel Arts, signature treatments: Art of Stone Therapy, as well as Six Senses Sensory Massage, administered by two skilled Therapists and lasting almost three hours. Aromatherapy and beauty treatments are also available, by appointment. Chromotherapy colour therapy, based on the premise that certain colours are infused with healing energy, is incorporated in all of the treatment and steam rooms. The therapy uses six individual colours to promote balance and healing of the mind and body. The spa is distributed over the two uppermost floors, on the sea-facing facade of the hotel, and includes separate ladies and gentlemen's wet areas, with Klafs sauna and steam rooms, vitality pools and ice fountains.The saunas have breathtaking views from the window wall that overlooks the sea. Two outdoor terraces adjacent to the relaxation area can be used throughout the year.

Shop with the Chef
Discover the secrets of exquisite Mediterranean cuisine as Hotel Arts' Executive Chef, Roberto Holtz, takes you, quite literally, on a culinary journey to La Rambla's world-famous Boqueria Market to shop for ingredients he will later help you to prepare and cook back at the hotel. Along the way, Roberto will explain the history of this fabulous market whilst visiting his favourite stalls. Beginning at 9am, this super experience is available for up to ten guests at a time, who will be able to collaborate with the Chef and his team to create an informal lunch which will be enjoyed by each guest on their return to the hotel. For those who are keen to experience this culinary workshop, the dates for 2012 are 8th May, 18th September and 27th November, so do book your trip around these dates to avoid disappointment and do be sure to mention it to our concierge team, who will happily arrange a place for you. The experience is conducted in Spanish and English and charges apply.
