Luxury Grindelwald Holidays
This traditional town boasts a spectacular setting at the base of the towering Eiger and Europe’s longest toboggan run – 15km from Faulhorn. As one of the world’s oldest and most cosmopolitan ski resorts it attracts a truly international clientele. Ski and snowboard schools offer a variety of specialised courses, catering for all standards, particularly intermediates while a superb indoor sports centre complete with pool, ice rink, fitness centre, bowling and a cinema is a nice alternative to a day on the slopes or the perfect place for non-skiers. The mountain railway system forms the backbone of the lift system and trains run with typical Swiss precision.
