The Grand House: Built in 1740, the main house is a grand structure, constructed from coral stone and Jacobean architecture. Indoors there is a library, meditation room (also referred to as the Wisteria Suite), the Master Bedroom, and a long, covered terrace stretching the length of the upstairs. Downstairs there is a large kitchen, Butler's pantry and kitchen courtyard with herbs and a clay oven. As well as a lovely living room there is a stunning dining room featuring a fireplace with focal stone hearth.

Messel Wing: This wing is located north of the Grand House and was built in the 1970s. The Sunset Suite is on the upper level and the Seaview Suite sits on the lower floor, with a patio leading to the terrace.

Plantation Wing: This wing is found to the north-east of the Grand House and was constructed in early 2000, it's surrounded by sculptured gardens, including a small trampoline and croquet set. Indoors there are two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms and outdoor showers. In addition, there's a covered sitting area, atrium and games room, complete with table tennis and board games.

The Estate: Saturated in tropical flora and wildlife, the highlight of the garden is a secluded, lagoon-like swimming pool shroud in dense foliage and hanging branches. This grotto space is extremely natural and you will feel like you've discovered an unknown corner of Eden. A shingled gazebo offers respite from the sun and the beach is just a five minute walk from the edge of the estate.

The running of Fustic House is conducted by a dedicated Property Manager and a huge team of staff, including a Butler, maid, Chef, chef's assistant, three housekeepers, laundress, three gardeners, a night watchman, house manager and three security guards. Extra staff can be supplemented where desired.

Bridgetown can be reached by car in under thirty minutes, golf facilities are a ten minute drive away and the beach can be reached on foot - taking between five and ten minutes.
