There are a few decent easy slopes at the bottom of both mountains in which Jackson Hole sits, however on the whole this resort caters for the advanced skier; Rendezvous Mountain even comes with its own warning sign and for good reason - the way down is a precarious obstacle course of cliffs, ridges and trees, and it's incredibly steep. With 2500 acres of snow-saturated terrain, Jackson Hole is a ski-junkies dream destination and the snow quality is pretty much faultless, it's also ideal for the intermediate skier who wants to advance. All-in-all, this is a fabulous ski resort, offering an abundance of top-quality snow, lots of variation and a brilliant powder record - so if you really know your snow, put Jackson Hole top of your list.
