If you provide the names and ages of your children to your Travel Consultant, your room will be equipped appropriately, from child-sized bathrobes, complimentary toiletries and childproofing services, to complimentary colouring books and games. Your child will also receive a welcome amenity and a letter from the Concierge full of ideas for suitable things to see and do in London (London has a wealth of family-friendly attractions and activities, including the London Aquarium, museums, Madame Tussauds, London Zoo, theme parks and horse-riding in Hyde Park). In addition, board games, books, electronic games and Wii and Xbox consoles are available to use on a complimentary basis, subject to availability. When it comes to meal times, children’s menus are available in the restaurant and for in-room dining, while babysitters can be arranged through the hotel with 24 hours notice and is at an additional charge, payable locally.
