Luxury Spa Holidays

The Spa at Four Seasons is superb - open every day between 10am and 10pm - and is where guests can enjoy a comprehensive menu of Asian spa treatments across eleven treatment rooms. Products and services are totally luxurious, with herbal bathing, full-body exfoliation and perfumed water-rituals on offer, while hydrotherapy plays a big part in your spa experience. Other treatments include white china-clay wraps and various steam remedies using herbal ingredients.

Luxury Family Holidays

As always, children are made very welcome at the Four Seasons and the Concierge will be more than happy to advise families on city attractions and lakeside activities which they may enjoy. In-room films can be requested and children can use both swimming pools – those under twelve years of age must be supervised by an adult. However, this is a very secluded, tranquil resort, a fair distance from Hangzhou itself and situated on the quietest bank of West Lake, so it may not be suitable for guests who require non-stop entertainment.
