For those with only snow on the mind, St Moritz is also a skiers paradise. Most accessible is Corviglia which can be reached directly from the resort via a railway lift from Dorf. From here, you'll find Salastrains for the easy runs and a red run from Marguns to Celerina. St. Moritz has over 350 kilometres of pistes so finding the right one for your level shouldn't be difficult. You can always travel slightly further afield, to nearby Surlej and take the cable car to Corvatsch, which not only boasts glacial heights but the longest illuminated ski run in Switzerland. Venture here on a Friday from 7pm and traverse the most magical ski pistes on the map.
